This e-mail was sent to "support@neurosaudio.com" on 12/02/'06 and on 06/04/'06. I didn't receive an answer yet...

6 months ago I purchased a "Commodore PMC". This device is identical to the Neuros 422, but it has a smaller HD (30Gb) and it has the inscription and logo of Commodore.

The first day I wasn't satisfied because there was no 'shuffle'-function. So I started searching the web and discoverred that my PMC actually was a Neuros product. I downloaded the upgrade from your website and ever since I am a satisfied customer.

Untill today! I charged my PMC and I decided to load some new files. At the time all files were loaded my PMC shutted down and I can't start it again... The reset-button doesn't help this time. I tried charging it again, but the LED doesn't light. I tried the reset-button in combination with charging, but still nothing. I fear the worst! Do you have other ideas?

While reading the faq's and forum, trying to find a solution, I discovered that some little issues as skipping the end of the song are harware problems. I read aswell that people could return there Neuros to get a processor upgrade...

Would it be possible for me to ship my PMC and get it fixed and upgraded? I see two problems: I live in Belgium and I guess you're in the US (is it worthed shipping?). I bought a Commodore and not really a Neuros...

Could we come to an agreement? I'm preparred to pay for the reparation and upgrade, but it can't cost more than a new device.

Im not from Neuros but I think its safe to say Neuros has nothing to do with the "Commodore PMC"
Commodore and Neuros purchased the basic PMP device from OEM EASTECH
and had them branded with their names.
You can Read thru the older posts on these boards to find more information about this.
