I've had my Neuros442 since January, and I absolutely love it. I've been using it to archive old video tapes/dvds/even tivo stuff onto a media server I've been building. I haven't had any problems except one, which I just discovered: there is no video out line signal. I took it to my father's house to show him something I'd recorded, and we could hear audio, but no video. The cable is definitely good... I'd been using it to record with. And I've tried it on three tvs now with the same result. The neuros is set to NTSC (see I thought of everything!) and I just can't think of anything else it could be. Please tell me its something simple!

Just asking. Did you press the "TV/LOCK" button when trying to play it on the television?

When you hit the TV/Lock button, does the screen go black?
Try this: get your TV on the right video channel (you should have a TV/ Video button on your TV remote), and press the TV/Lock button. If you don't see anything on your TV press the TV/Lock button a few times. If your video out cable is connected correctly, it should work out. If you still don;t see anything, call us at 1 866 5 NEUROS.

Are you holding the TV/Lock Button or just clicking it.  If you are holding it will only lock, but if you click it, it should do something.
