Hi
I have a problem ! i am in uk and using the Recorder 2 to record programs from my Sky + satellite unit onto memory cards for playing on my Sony PSP. The sound quality was perfect BUT after upgrading the firmware to the 2 new updates it has now deteriated and is distorted. So i have gone forwards but now backwards !

What can i do as it really is not bearable , especially when it was fine and now its not !! there is no volume on my sky + box on the output as far as i know...how can i sort this...Huh?

Please help !

Try our last upgrade, I believe our engineers took care of this:

The last firmware is 2.0.19
