About 50% of the time when i hit "forward" when listening to a track, instead of skipping forward one track it pops up a box that says "Album successfully preset! [OK]"
Related to this, when i am browsing albums and hit "forward" to skip forward one alphabet, instead it goes to a preset track!! Very annoying!
This happens with firmware 2.25 as well as 2.28, and survives clearing the NAND. I have a Neuros II 20G.
Any suggestions on how to get rid of this?
