I got my Neuros from Woot and, up till now, have been pretty happy with it. But for some reason, it's starting to get flaky on me. The problems are intermittent, unpredictable, and really irritating. Examples:
1. The backlight won't turn off, even when turned off and unplugged. This has caused the battery to drain more than once when I wasn't aware of the light staying on. On one occasion, the light came on WHILE it was turned off and unplugged. If it hadn't been on the table for me to see, I would have missed it and had a dead battery again.
2. The buttons are suddenly unresponsive and the screen freezes. The music keeps playing, though; the only way to shut it off was to remove the unit from the HD backpack.
Is there some way I can get this unit to behave again? I would really hate to dump it as I've gotten used to the capacity, but boy, those Nanos are looking mighty tempting these days...
