It would be nice if the next firmware upgrade added animated GIF support.
How about supporting PNG, too? (8 and 24 bit)
P.S.: The JPEG resampling quality is very, very nice, high-resolution JPEGs look incredible on my 36" TV (and the colors are amazing, especially for a device that has no S-Video output).
