| Hi, I read the topic a little ways down, but it didn't help because mine(40gig HD) won't turn on at all. I've had mine a few days, and I finally got all my musiv=c on it yesterday and installed the Garbage firmware, and played it a while when it started shutting itself off a few times and skipping a lot during NCast, so I decided to charge it for the night, but when I got up this morning, it was frozen with some number like 425 or something on the screen and it wouldn't shut off, so I took the face off and popped it back on and it wouldn't turn on. It won't turn on plugged/not plugged in to either/both wall charger or USB cable. The most I got out of it was the orange light for about 2 seconds and that's it. I can't get it to turn on at all now. What should I do? |

first, make sure the lock switch isnt on (it happens more than you think). second, id say try and take the brain off and put it back in again, and then try to turn it on. also, you can remove and insert the power cord multiple times.

| Thanks, but I've already tried that and switched the lock/unlock thing a few times. Currently I have the brain detatched for a few minutes then I'm going to try again. Aaaand that didn't work either. |

if those dont work it may be best to just call support tommorow or hope someone else can recommend something else for you to try.
