I haven't read anyone post about this and it isn't on the Wishlist on the Wiki... Why can't we set a recording duration in hours and minutes or "Record until xx:xx"? It's got a clock built in. It seems to me that the ability to set timed recordings would push this device closer to being a Tivo replacement.
Are we hoping that this would be implemented on the open source Linux end of software development? I'd like to see a "sleep mode" which would let me schedule a recording, set my tv and cable to the selected channel, leave for the day, and then come back to find my shows recorded.

This would be a good addition based on the feedback we have received so far.
