TV out works fine with mine.  Hook the out on the 442 to the input of your TV and change the input on your TV to be those RCA plugs. (in case... i know I'm being quite basic but it could just be this)... maybe the yellow and white RCA plugs are switched too if you are in a dark room...

If your unit is new, try to take the jacks in and out of the sockets(I know I am repeating myself, but it works) a few times and press on the TV/Lock button back and forth. If that still does not do the trick, try to reset the unit (only after trying the above).

I got it to work after several jostling sessions with the input/output jacks.  I guess the jacks needed to be really broken in.  Thanks for all the feedback...just the result of first generation units.  Smiley

Jack problem into the Neuros. New jacks, take a small piece of sandpaper and lightly sand the cable jacks. Just to dull the shine a bit. The rubber diaphrams on the tips will usually prevent the jacks from inserting properly. As you put in and remove several times, these will wear and seat properly.
