Continued problems after battery replacement

I posted a thread early about my non charging neuros, I ordered the neuros batter from digital innovations, got it installed, and presto! It started charging up fine and I could look through everything and see my music. So I left it over night, and then this morning updated the firmware and whatever. The battery icon had no bars, but I figured it would just take a while to show up or something. No such luck.

It works fine when plugged in with the new battery, but it doen't charge, AT ALL. The little LED in the backpack blinks nicely when it's hooked up to the charger and everything, but it doesn't seem to do any actual charging. Any ideas? It seems odd considering theat it doesn't work at all with the old battery, but turns on if plugged in with the new one. Any help would be appreciated.

Any ideas? I've been hooking my car adapter up to a 12v wall wart, the little light thingy turns on fine and the charging screen comes up, could the battery still be not getting the right kind of power somehow?

huh, does not sound good.  Call support and see what they have to say.
