Hi everybody, my neuros wanīt switch off, i try but always hang up with the "neuros is closing" (or something like) and donīt do anything more, i have wait, try with charge cord, without, with two of backpacks....

any idea, thanks and sorry ībout my english,

In case anyone else wanted to know what to do in this situation, here is the instructions we often give out.

Turn the unit off by holding up on the joystick and pressing the Play button.
With the unit turned off and no cables attached, press and hold the 1 preset button, the 5 preset button and the Play button at the same time. You should boot into Diagnosis mode.

Right click on NAND (this is the internal flash chip on the player). Right click on Revive Bad Blocks disk and click YES when asked if you want to continue. Reviving Bad Blocks or Formatting the NAND will not affect the music on your hard drive.

After the Revive Bad Blocks step is complete, select Format NAND. Click YES.
When this step is completed, left click to return to the Diagnosis Menu. Select Exit.
