firmware update download problem

Whenever I try to download the latest firmware update from your site, I cannot get the entire file. The most complete I have seen the download is 61%.
   I need this update so that I can utilize my microdrive.
Is there any other source where I can find it?

i host the files on my ftp:

ftp://neuros:neuros@128.153.217.9

the ftp is available from approximately 9am to 12pm usually, depends when i have my computer on.
